Return & Exchange Policy – Club Athlétique
Please note that custom items are non-returnable. This includes any personalized or made-to-order products.
If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your other purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- The original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return: To start your return, please contact us at service@clubathletique.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care to ensure every order is perfect. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will resolve the issue and make sure you’re taken care of.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products (such as special orders or made-to-order items) – custom items are NON-RETURNABLE.
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the desired item. This ensures you get the right product as quickly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@clubathletique.com.
